Welcome to Shootah! Shootah ("we," "us," "our," or "Shootah") operates the website https://www.shootah.com and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform") that help users discover, purchase tickets for, and participate in shooting sports events, competitions, gun shows, training classes, and related activities.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase tickets.
• Certain events may have higher age or legal requirements (e.g., 21+ for handgun-related activities). You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all federal, state, and local laws before registering for or attending any event.
• You must not be prohibited from receiving firearms, ammunition, or related services under applicable law.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Event Registration and Tickets

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except as explicitly stated by the event organizer or required by law.
• Shootah acts only as a marketplace and technology provider. The contract for the event is directly between you and the event organizer.
• Event details (date, time, location, rules, cancellation policy) are the sole responsibility of the organizer. Shootah is not liable for changes, cancellations, or quality of events.

4. User Conduct and Safety Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of federal, state, or local firearms laws
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or organizers
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts

All users must comply with range safety rules, event-specific rules, and all applicable firearms laws at events.

5. Firearms and Legal Compliance

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your possession, use, and transportation of firearms, ammunition, and accessories comply with all applicable laws.
• Shootah does not perform background checks unless explicitly required and facilitated for a specific event.
• Certain features (e.g., linking NFA items, concealed carry permits, or competition licenses) are optional and provided solely for user convenience.

6. Payments and Fees

• All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Shootah collects a service fee and/or a percentage of ticket sales on behalf of organizers.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Shootah or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User-Generated Content

• By posting reviews, photos, scores, or other content, you grant Shootah a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and must have all necessary rights and permissions (especially for photos containing other individuals or copyrighted material).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shootah, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
